Intent Training Methods was created so we can have a place to coach, educate and empower our clients. Through exercise and habit change, we will guide our clients towards their maximum potential so they can live a more fulfilling life, mentally and physically.
I’ve been working with Hien for a little over 2 years now since I had my son. I started working with her post-partum to safely get back into shape and I wish I had found her sooner! Not only did she help me get into better shape than I was pre-baby, but she also helped me with my nutrition so I was able to keep up my milk supply while breastfeeding. Now that I am pregnant with baby #2 I am so happy to have Hien by my side. She is so knowledgeable about pre/post natal and fitness in general that I will be continuing her programming even after I am done having kids. Hien’s workouts are well rounded between strength and conditioning and are super tailored to YOUR skillset/abilities. I have worked with several trainers and she is the best because she keeps you on your toes and tracks your progress. It’s also a plus that she actually cares about you as a human being :). Hien has trained me both in person and remotely - - I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a skilled coach to guide them through their fitness journey.
